It is a 1200 sqft, 3 bed / 1.5 bath SFH with an ARV of 80k.Is it worth paying to stage a house like this?

Since I'm still (and always will be) in the educating stage, I'm not 100% where I want to start - flip, hold, tax lien.

She told them to pick out swatches and she'd run it by me, but they said they haven't yet picked out colors or anything so it might not go past the idea stage - sometimes renters say things like this and then don't follow through.

On the side, home design/staging have been a great personal passion of mine.
