Hi all! Jess Davis here from Burbank, California! Brand new to the site and happy to be part of the Bigger Pockets community! I am a new real estate investor looking for rehab and/or rental opportunities in the greater Los Angeles/Southern California area. Enjoying the site very much and learning a great deal of valuable information.

My background in real estate has been in the property management realm (gearing up to expand on that statement soon!). I’ve been involved in various aspects of property management since 2001 ranging from customer service to accounting. On the side, home design/staging have been a great personal passion of mine. The CEO and Co-Chairman of the real estate investment company I work with are my inspiration. Basically, when I grow up, I want to be just like them. :)

I understand we all have to start somewhere and right now, I am learning all I can to best identify lucrative opportunities. I work full-time so my husband and I are driving around different cities about 2 hours away from Burbank on the weekends while reading, listening and learning during the weekdays. Luckily we are both passionate about real estate and love spending every spare moment we have in solidifying our plans.
