Electrical updates.

The CA home is soon to become an STR and there is a 200 square foot backyard studio in the backyard that is just basically a rectangular room room with electricity (no plumbing, no gas).

I literally bugged the owner (politely and nicely) twice a year, for 11 years, as I would see him at the same two community events.

However, these properties generally have a lot of land improvements that qualify as well as certain portions of electrical, mechanical and plumbing that can qualify.

I'd need this fixed ASAP and get verification that the electric is turned back on. 

My significant other is an chauffeur and our schedules clash besides honestly sitting at a  office job where I am not earning alot bugs the heck out of him.

We added all new electrical, plumbing, drywall, two pools, new driveway, new landscaping.

This was a bit of a rude awakening for me. i had planed to do all the renovations myself but even though I was the owner I was not allowed to do plumbing or electrical as it is a "Commercial Building" and they needed licensed contractors for those two parts.

It's on a prime spot next to a dollar general and truck stop.It's all inclusive park that provides the wifi, cable, private water supply, private sewer system, electrical, and a laundry room.
