I believe front runner is definitely a positive for the area and allows commuting to slc and Utah county to be economical advantageous.

I don't know if the economic shift there is permanent.

I would think this issue will go both ways - it will liberalize the thinking of some people, on things like national health care and safety net programs - while other people will become much more tight-fisted with their money.

(Solution: possibly negotiate long term lease at current Rent location) RISK of buying:  Economic downturn could bankrupt. 

The HSA gives you a lot of flexibility, as you can reimburse yourself at anytime from your HSA tax free for any health expenses that you may be paying for out of pocket right now.

That's a quick way to lose your health, family, friends, for just OK returns.
