Purchase price: $287,500 4 Brand New Townhouses purchased in June.

Hi @Tammy Skeath, I notice there are some brand new duplexes in Cape Coral, going for 330k.  

Imagine a business blue and light grey on matte black color scheme to match BP branding style.Please respond with any constructive feedback, encouragement and whether this is something that you would consider buying if the price point was between $50 - $80 dollars.

What's the best way to brand?

I occupied one unit, which for accounting purposes owner occupied, and the other two rentals, where I depreciate and deduct expenses, and on the schedule E.

Name brand professional brokerage.It offers a rigorous training, leads generation program.

I am only an E-4 in the Navy and I have a car payment along with a few other bills so I really do not have money to throw out.

Anyway the house is basically brand new after about $40,000 renovation and we are hoping to rent to a higher end tenant as it should be one of the nicer rentals in the area.

I have an emailed copy of the executed deed from the law firm, it has been uploaded for e-recording, so I guess it's not technically recorded yet.

But I'm brand new and might find out that none of those markets are good.
