About 3.5 years ago I left the startup and moved to NYC to launch my consulting business (focused on digital marketing for startups/nonprofits), which I still work on full-time.Now at age 30 I'm finally in a place where my short-term survival is no longer consuming 100% of my attention, and I have the mental space and cashflow to turn my eye towards long-term wealth building.

I think new members should at least start at zero, and I think a larger scale or introducing more significant digits (82.3, 85.6, etc) could better represent the breadth of knowledge here.

Jon, you and I and a few others on BP have seen markets change, neighborhhods mature, interest rates in double digits to almost nothing and our camp out spots as kids turned into mall parking lots.

I went to dial it and sell4cash is 9 digits...

Or, if you want to be more directly in real estate, investing in someone else' business will produce returns in low to mid double digits.

With a 1/1 I assume you're not trying to attract families so that narrows it down to traveling medical professionals, digital nomads, singles or couples relocating to your area as the most likely customer types.

By year 10 if the market is good you could be all the way to single digits.

I also am working on a double major in Graphic Design as well as Digital Photography.I came across this site after reading The Book on Real Estate Investing with No or little Money Down.

It has a color touchscreen which is simple for guests to operate.I also have 2 Digital Watchdog exterior cameras so I can keep an eye on who is coming and going and monitor when the house is between occupants.
