If its less then I will have to carry the remainder of the loan and possibly be forced to pay it in full as well (or switch it to a personal loan since theres nothing to take back if I default). 

Multis feel more like a house and you have one person living with you (or 2 or 3 depending on duplex, trip, or quad), whereas an apartment complex has more amenities, but people sharing walls everywhere.

The latest one I received today was a person that wanted to know if I was interested in the VA service.

I was approached by a tenant who says they are licensed to run a Group Home for persons  with Disabilities.

My property Manager has contacted the case Mgr, the supervisor, the person over that dept.

I personally do hard money lending and investing in the city.  

Your cap ex and management will likely to be factored in and are you planning on seeing these in person.

One of the things I’m uncertain about is whether or not I should pay off personal debts before making investments.
