I just really want us to be able to get to a place where we can debate what actually happened, not reality itself.

I am debating if I should sell my current home, realized strong growth in equity in the past 1.75 years of owning it, amounting to $230,000 - $380,000 (low sell / high sell - according to my thorough research).

But the deal to my knowledge has yet to come to fruition.We should be on here as a support system and not try and tear someone like Will or for that matter an 87 year old elderly woman down.With that said, I offered to buy you a drink as a sign of ability to get passed the debate, yet you ignored it.

We are a 50/50 partnership for both cash flow, equity gain, decision, .... etc.I am debating between an LLC or Limited Partnership.
