Various title insurance companies offer their customers access to proprietary research tools.

Without making too many assumptions it might be best to take yourself out of the picture and look on as a third person.  

But in the big picture it could the right thing to do.  

The biggest hurdle for me is finding competent Realtors who will give you accurate comps and drive by the properties to take pictures.  

It's the top floor of a 3 story building (2006) and I attribute it to settling (picture attached with old repairs done by prior owner).I have one person's contact that I met at the recent BP get together in Brooklyn, but I want to get a couple bids since I'm unsure of what needs to be done to fix this.Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

I have some customers who want me to look at their property.

Post it on the door and take a picture, preferably with the address of the building in frame.

I sat down with each bank to discuss how the process would work and some of the big picture things like terms and downpayment/equity required.
