Since national lenders are probably worried that MJ is not legal at a Fed level, that anything they finance might be subject to RICO if goes sideways - I'd look at a local lender where MJ is legal.We have one I know of in OR, but don't know if they cross state lines.OTOH - I own IIPR (a REIT) that does MJ back-end (ie not retail) properties - I'd love to know how they finance since they're in way more than one state.

I am a newcomer starting this year so any tips on how to know if a foreclosure listed is in fact available or not or other resources I can use to reliably cross reference would be very much appreciated.
