It depends whether you're paying them as a 1099 independent contractor or a W-2 employee. 1099 is cheaper but I think they must be licensed in many states to manage your property, but with W-2 there are payroll taxes, etc.The last reasonable estimate I saw on the MHU forum for W-2 was $10 per pad per month + free rent + payroll taxes.

If you are able to get rid of it and it only costs you 5k or whatever now it may be cheaper than the next few bad tenants will cost you.

or did you find a way to make it look like granite in a cheaper way . it looks beautiful. the paint color was a great choice.
