(Underline and bold added by me):460.100: Duty of Owner(s) of Residential Premises (B) Whenever any residential premises containing dangerous levels of lead in paint, plaster or other accessible structural material undergoes a change of ownership and as a result a child younger than six years old will become or will continue to be a resident therein, the new owner shall have 90 days after becoming the owner to obtain a Letter of Full Compliance or a Letter of Interim Control, except that if a child younger than six years old who is lead poisoned resides therein, the owner shall not be eligible for interim control, unless the Director grants a waiver pursuant to 105 CMR 460.100(A)(3).

Our area is red hot right now (I think ~30% increase in value in 3 years) and we feel as if prices may be inflated.We are both interested in real estate and are both planning on working on getting our real estate licenses this winter after we finish up some projects around the house.

hey guys, have a question- i found a lender that lends 100% on a property. they dont check credit score or taxes or anything. i have all the details of the loan etc. my challenge is, in the application he wants my drivers license info. is that a red flag or is that normal?

@Brian Charles there is a lot in this deal that does not add up, first and biggest red flag is two tenants both of which have not paid in over a year????
