100% financing- help needed

hey guys, have a question- i found a lender that lends 100% on a property. they dont check credit score or taxes or anything. i have all the details of the loan etc. my challenge is, in the application he wants my drivers license info. is that a red flag or is that normal? please advise. this would be my first property im purchasing scared and excited.
