(Obsolete entertainment/over built for the amount of users just to markup homes) HOA(esque) Golf Courses closing down and going "Medium Density"<--Probably Higher Taxes collected by the city on the existing space (need new (under-performing) schools, added Police presence due to increased crime, etc...).Because after all Golf is a Business (like a Burger King), not a Real Estate Investment.Just my 2 cents.

You cannot state a bedroom is limited to a child vs an adult because that may be seen as discrimination.Your occupancy limits can be adjusted up or down based on various factors like square footage of the room, square footage of the entire home, "flexible" space like an office that can be used as living space, utility limitations (e.g. septic is only designed for three people), etc.
