So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.

Not to mention their employment options would be limited and I wouldn't want any risk of the police tearing up my house because they were serving a warrant for his 3rd felony.

The police told my tenant that I would have to press charges but when I contacted the police they informed me the people did not break the law.
