So your trying to buy 100k properties I am buying a 100k car.. and the salesmen is selling me a 100k car. and I assume he is making a commission.. but not the normal care sales routine but very professional and polished.. so that's what I am saying get professional and get poslished know what the heck your doing then send out your mailers and close the heck out of them and make a bunch of money.

The police told my tenant that I would have to press charges but when I contacted the police they informed me the people did not break the law.

I let them know that those are not appropriate calls at that time of night (call the police if they are a noise nuisance). 

One of the investor talked to an attorney and even lodge a police report, but no one seems to be able to help.Does anyone of you have similar experience, or have any suggestion?

I will repair a damaged entry door/hardware at my expense with a police report, otherwise I will repair and bill the tenant. 

The police officer gave my dad his card and wrote "heroin overdose" on the card with reference to a case number.  

As for monitoring the parking, I would not be able to self police the parking situation.  

If there is drama (relationship issues impacted work performance, restraining orders, police reports) in their life before the divorce then the divorce will be a wild ride and you might be in for some challenges.

This simplifies the landlords responsibilities as it requires the collective to police the payments.
