@Aaron Mazzrillo Well you would think as a poker player I would be able to pull the trigger and gamble on the list I choose to mail to.

Her story is like having a bunch of baseball players standing around talking about how to properly swing a bat, and she meekly walks by and turns and hits the ball completely out of the park, leaving everyone else staring and wishing they could do that.

Then, spend some time on BP getting to know who the real players are and connect with them.  

AKA they're going to see each others information on the closing docs and if they're big players they can easily cut you out.
