I was thinking it would cost quite a bit to do this right and it looks like you have had a similar experience.I am currently speaking with an experienced flipper.

I've been doing research for the past couple weeks and i think i'm going to start investing in mobile homes, mainly because i do not have a large amount of start-up money and they seem to be somewhat simpler than the other paths of real estate investment (If you think that last statement isn't true please speak your mind).

I would recommend speaking with at least 2 reputable mortgage brokers who have experience with this product. 

I have began speaking with brokers at companies I am considering working with as well.

Go to REI meet ups, speak with local realtors, word of mouth works well.

You'll learn a lot more doing hands-on work, as opposed to listening to someone speak for a day.  

I was speaking to Joe though and you can see that do I g it correctly eliminate 33% of his steps!  

A few have a lot of trouble speaking English.
