I recommend people get policies with living benefits so you can get some of your money before you pass if you’re critically, chronically, or terminally ill. 

Namely a job or illness - which I have both. 

I only have about 10k in there so far though, and the market is starting to move sideways in terms of stocks, so Ill have to grit my teeth and put in some extra hours for that down payment.

Ill have to look into Delta, if they have a good warranty like Moen. since i do all my own work i can just pick up the spare part at HD or Lowes and start storing and streamlining Delta.

As a man, I wouldnt worry about my wife being onboard b/c Ill be the one making the money anyway.

The 2500/390K is a little scary but time cures a lot of ills on a long term hold and maybe taxes are low and the expenses are all tenants.

I recommend a policy that covers terminal, critical, and chronic illness.

I just do dollar cost averaging, Ill purchase a property, rehab it, then wait until I have enough $ to purchase again, then repeat the process.
