In the past few months I have invested in College Housing with American Housing Communities. 

I have read numerous books on tax strategy so am looking for someone to really ensure that my wife and I are not giving Uncle Sam any more information than we have to as well as help us in strategizing for this year and future years tax strategy.

I'm expecting a major tax bomb impacting millions of Americans to hit Q1/Q2. 

If you sell your will flip and make a quick buck but you will give 40% of the gain to uncle Sam.

Many Americans make enough money that they should be easily able to invest, but after they pay for their life style, all the money is gone.

We did use New American Funding for the refinance.
