Who knows maybe once they come to their senses and see they can't get retail for it they'll give you a ring.

I'm not sure how much time you have, but once you send some letters out, be prepared for your phone to ring and you'll need time to follow up with sellers and hopefully view some properties.

You can do a reverse lookup on the property to find out the address of where the owner lives then I send them yellow letters in party or wedding invitation sized envelopes.
