I think not having one is part of what makes the “choosing tenants” process so stressful to me!

We have to deal with the stress and uncertainty that forms from when you never know at what moment you may be kicked out of your home.

I feel like there is more stress on the commercial side, but I could be wrong.

But remember, time is money and there is a lot of time and stress included in doing this.
