Also, the model unit had built-in air conditioner but his unit had big stupid air conditioner. so everything was different than the model unit.and today he said that there was a homeless sleeping at the hallway on his floorso they refused to show him the unit that he already made contract and no one is living, but the unit condition was terrible unlike model unit. is this legal?

If I was single with no kids, I might consider the time consuming auction properties that are probably in terrible shape.

It's not in terrible condition, but it does needs work!

Don't do it for any reason, no matter how terrible they are.As always, though, the best solution is careful, diligent screening up front. 

Unfortunately , California is a terrible place to live to make a living. the cost of living is way too high and I barely make ends meet.

Purchase price: $120,000 Cash invested: $30,000 Sale price: $160,000 not ideal situation, took longer than expected to complete, had some terrible tenants living there that cost us time and money.
