Home warranty won't cover secondary damage,  my RR form saying that the flipper/owner is committed to his contractual obligation to make any necessary repairs to any roof damage that should come- well he must have known it was coming and he  was hoping we would run it all through insurance, so he wouldn't have to pay for a new roof... not likely here!!!
