I remember as a traditional student in business the Gale publications allowed people to purchase their directory for different purposes (starting or expanding one's business). 

We are thinking to focus on buying in college towns and renting to students.

The slowest months are May and September--right before students get out of school and right after they go back to school.

Should I be a full time student and be a house flipper after I graduate or be a full time house flipper?

The house is nicely renovated, so the privacy fence spaces are intended to give upscale private college student residents a little privacy and separation from the neighborhood.  

One of the applicants was an elementary school teacher,  looked very nice, and told us upfront that she has excellent credit score.

It seems that I type this just about every other day on here, but I highly recommend it to all of my students that they become Realtors if they plan to do anything at all with MLS deals.  

I'm on the learning curve now and trying to figure out my strategy.In the past I've co-owned a large house and rented extra bedrooms to students.
