Flanked by two train stations, flanked by two schools (private and public) adjacent from a Chase and a Wendy’s.

Hello,I am preparing to sell my property coming spring may be March/April 2022 and will be mostly out of station away from my family from January so I would like to get started prepping my home right away while I am hereI realized at a minimum I need to paint the walls and ceilings of all of my units and it looks like I will need to buy a whole lot of paint, can someone please advise what is the best place to buy paint in bulk so I cas n get the best price.

There is bus service to the Howard train station but it is fairly new and not heavily used, whether covid or just not popular.  

Instead of renting an apartment, I was able to purchase the condo for close to what it cost to rent, I still own that condo today and use it as a rental.I was looking at condos near the London Bridge metro station last year in June/July, there still may be opportunities in that neighborhood. 

Maybe smaller cities around Lubbock or College Station.

Even our affluent neighborhoods show crime on the crime maps [gas station drive offs & other non violent crimes].

@Kerry Baird,  I was stationed on PAFB for 5 yrs, then pcsed to DMAFB.  

I've seen investors pick up police stations just the same.

I'm currently, not able to comply due to being stationed in Georgia at the moment.Navy Federal-Reaching someone in the business department to actually answer the question is a challenge in itself.Any advice, resources, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
