And also I feel like it would be pretty amazing to leave a legacy of assets to my coming generations.Hope that kind of gave you an insight as to where I am right now (which is stressed about what to do when I graduate to stay productive) 

Always consult with your attorney before you rely on the above information.there is an electronic notary product I have never used it.. but sounds like now is the time  I have an in my office notary so that's not an issue for us anyway.. 

Most are in the construction/production industry so I am sure they will be affected very soon...

Also a brokerage firm will do well for you since they can shop your product around to just about anyone.

@Lawrence Mccoy the VA loan is an amazing loan product for sure.

I think that giving them something productive to do keeps the morale up.I have other projects in mind, so we shall see how it goes.
