The bathroom for 188-2 is in drywall and mud now it was originally a hallway leading to the unit but by moving the entrance and shifting a few walls I was able to create a new bathroom with side by side washer and dryer.

I work 3rd shift for now and I’m usually waking up around 1am to leave for work I am curious on if I should be waking up early to journal and do my morning routine or journal and do the routine when I get home  around 9am.

I am not really sure the best course of action to take especially since one unit is vacant, one unit is rented until 31 July 2020, and one unit is rented until 31 July 2021.Just to give an idea of some of the work: It needs new siding, the floors in at least 2 units are not level (although I don't think it is still shifting), the roof looks a little wavy, it needs gutters because the rain is starting to wash away around the foundation where it runs off the roof, the electric meters are pulling away from the house, and the electric bills are way too high for the size of place.One option I see is to clean up the vacant apartment (new paint, new carpet, etc.) and rent it out.

Good and bad, but generally when this type of a situation happens, I shift to other towns or venture out into Mass. within 45 minutes I feel that you can always find good value deals.
