It's hard to believe people invest these sums of money to these types of individuals.In my neck of the woods everyone scrutinizes every cent of a possible purchase or investment so I can't relate.Glad they can no longer misrepresent and take advantage of others.

Just because one idiot trashes the place after a very short time doesn't mean the next guy should get a half-a$$ed ready home.I've only had one tenancy that lasted less than a year (knock on wood) and that was due to an eviction.

i used some marine boat quality epoxy putty to patch a hole in the bottom of a bathtub...hasn't leaked in over a year (knock on wood)...cost me 5 bucks at lowe's...i've also used the real good silicone that is approved for fish tanks to plug small holes and cracks in toilet tanks and in cast iron main sewer lines..not the best fix, but it's good in a pinch until the apartment is vacant and i can go in and remodel the place :)
