Long term... its a little scary knowing that these buildings are so old and may need major replacements roof/siding/heating or air.

I have no experience with changing a roof?

The roof is only a couple years old.

I got a new and better Engineering job with an Integrator back in January and am now dedicating more time in learning the different aspects of RE Investing, but focusing on Flipping/Rehabbing.

At the moment, with a relative regional shortage of multi housing and SFR prices that are going through the roof, the monthly rental difference between the two types may not be that great.

"Or deal analysis" in fact one post a few days ago started with "The RE market too good to be true right now") So one can certainly not blame them for representing the most positive aspects or anecdotes.

I learned that the property has hardwood refinished floors, new windows, a new roof, and new plumbing, even though I took a look inside the property and could have known that myself had it not been the first property I ever looked at inside and if I wasn't so focused on the age of the home itself..
