I've been living in Round Rock, TX for about a year and am interested in learning about real estate in this area.

I agree that the best opportunities (generally) pop up in "B" and "C" class neighborhoods - but reality is, there is no neighborhood where every house is automatically going to be a profitable rental property.

Indiana has some great deals in "B" and "C" areas too.

Letron I have a partner that works in the rock hill/charlotte markets.

Maybe hire a DJ or local band for entertainment and offer one very cool door prize.  

(the other mobile I did was in a park that was like a country club, gated community, several pools, gym, outside kitchen ect) And I think as a cash flowing property they rock.
