Hello
Well I'm jumping in! I've been reading and listening to BP solid for 3 days and excited to make my first deal. I'm realitivly new to Round Rock (3 years) so I'm learning my geography and beginning start the search which is a bit daunting. My plan is to buy and hold and acquire 1-2 properties / yr.
I look forward to start asking questions when the time comes so until then I'll continue to listen and read what others are talking about to familiarize myself with real estate terms, math and experience.

I own a rental in Round Rock. Great market! If you go up a bit north there's some decent options in Georgetown and Killeen / Temple area and south in San Marcos, New Braunfels, and San Antonio. Good luck!
