These are medium term rentals (because short-term rentals are restricted to your primary residence in Denver), and have been pleased with the money and our tenant pool.Depending on how much money you have, whether you've invested before and what your ultimate goal is, Denver may or may not make sense.

@Jenna Walker Definitely check with zoning to see exactly how many homes you can put on that piece of land and see what restrictions exist (i.e. age of home, size of home, etc).

Additionally the listing agent says there will be a deed restriction where the buyer cannot sell the property within a year after closing.
