So, city resources are spread thin and are prioritized.

I have found that having a "team" mentality with my processor has significantly expedited the process and problem solving. 

The casino AND the convention center going in speaks to more than just the jobs that those 2 additions will directly create, it speaks to the mentality of the folks directing the growth of the city.

They will more prioritize the people they know/like/trust so it may take longer to build deep relationships in multiple markets but no broker will care that you're dating other markets haha

It sort of depends the rent level charged (A class v C class).What my property manager and I do these days is:- Prioritize the list (when you get multiple requests)- Think "do other units have this?" 

If your mental offer (number) is WAY OFF, there's a strong chance this isn't a good deal, or maybe he's entertaining other offers.

Also, I'd like to learn about the processing time as the city apparently prioritizes ADU projects but not sure if this will apply if multiple ADUs are involved.Thanks for your consideration
