I’ve been dabbling around with that idea for a while,  I just would like to do extensive research,  would be curious to know but he has some resources, My main concern is how do I figure out what the demand will be, my main concern is how do I figure out where the demand will be,  Will obviously have been looking at amenities like parks and ski resorts And in the summer lakes and hiking, however I’m feeling abit stuck.

If you have a home you're considering renting out that might be a good option if it's something you can do (you have somewhere else to live) I recommend airbnb and the shorter term rentals for resort areas (beach areas) and the like but not much of a market for it outside those areas.
