You can easily be a part-time agent, you just have to find the brokerage to match.

Make sure your lease matches up with the lease the tenant has and make sure the rent amount and terms are exactly the same.

I ended up going with the bank I already used because they matched the lowest rate I found elsewhere.

You can mix and match based on your capital availability, and tax liabilities as well.
