New to this ( No experience at all)

Hi good afternoon All,

My name is Ludwig, I’m 26 years old, have no experience at all. For the past year I have been thinking and liking the idea of getting into the real state world because I have been working since I was 18 and I see that a job is not going to get me to where I want to be and that is basically have a passive income enough to sustain my family without having a 8 to 5 work schedule.

So it is my dream now to start learning little by little, I’m also going to do my best and try to save money to be able to buy a property and rent it out.

I will appreciate any suggestion and guidance I could get from you guys. Thanks
