I am looking to purchase in the $2 million range and expect to hire a property manager for the property.  

So it'd be nice for us to pay less to just get a lawyer (that we'd need to hire for transferring leases anyway).  

My company provides freelance virtual bookkeeping services, and may be of services.

@Mitch BernsteinBefore hiring a Home inspector ask to see a current sample of there inspection report, Also obtain a copy of the contract (in full) you most likely will sign before the inspection paying close attention to there limits of liability and scope of inspection. 

Corporate entities and transitioning professionals tend to follow hiring cycles based on corporate fiscal years.  

This would allow money to be allocated to hire a "highly qualified" person to do the job in the event something happened to one of us.

Normally I would do this myself but I need to start hiring this out due to time. 

Nate,A 1031 exchange should cost less than 1000 to hire a QI.I think you could exchange multiple houses for a large complex, but exchange would have to fit within timelines.Mark

Do this asap, before they hire a Realtor or a Builder decides to buy it out from under you. 

Hire a good inspector who will tell you what to expect.
