C properties have no ceiling fans, I will install for $50 if they want to buy it, but it stays at the end of lease, (unfortunately they are usually taken when they leave anyway).

Here in College Station, Texas, multifamily properties are in limited supply, keeping prices high and leading to multiple offer scenarios for good deals.

I contacted one HVAC guy who said he will charge $600 one but I think that’s on a high side. 

What end buyer is buying a deal that a wholesaler got off the MLS when they could have bought it direct off the MLS themselves and now are paying more?
