I’ve been googling the process now which again seems to take me into a whole new layer of how to think about the transaction and waste him manipulated to my advantage. when you have time, would you be able to explain some of your tips and tricks that you’ve learned from selling the note?

Im about to hop in to wholesaling with my buddy and I feel like I cant find a solid process for pulling comps for ARV.

@Brett Goldsmith Sure it's a two step process first read the main portion, and then the subsection with guidance specific to JADUs.

You need self-confidence to be in this business.Beyond that, everything starts with your processes.

So we are using SmartMove for the application process.

They then get the people to fill out an app with all their info.

It would be great to hear from a wide variety of folks on what issues they face, processes that slow them down, or any other problems that if they were automated, they would benefit greatly from.More than happy to provide insight into these areas.

It may require more time on your part, but you will likely save money and learn much more in the process. 

Go through the process again...on paper.  1 - Cash in2 - REFI out3 - ...etc....How much do you actually spend?
