I would suggest networking heavily will local investing agents to provide leads on properties in need of rehab, while keeping an eye out for dilapidated properties as you conduct your daily activities. 

Then you must keep an eye on their website for when your number comes up to have it enforced.

I’m going to keep my eye on a few specific rentals to see how they perform in the coming months to get an idea of demand in different areas.

I've kept my eye on a few markets, and have been seeing inventory sit much longer than previous times. 

I also agree that they might even have a legitimate reason for not paying...but at the end the day the deed is done in my eyes.

Hi sarah, while i do not have it in my rentals at the moment i plan to in the future, i have it currently in 4 rooms and the hallway of my current home, with 2 dogs, 2 kids and myself it has not faltered in 5 yrs so far, i believe if installed correctly it would knock out the price of floor fixes drastically, waterproof, scuff/scratch resistant/ appealing to the eye and affordable. love it. and like i said when i need to replace floors in my units it will definitely be going in !
