What to do about this driveway?

Anybody have any advice on what I should do about this driveway? Currently rehabbing to sell the house.... This part of the driveway (between sidewalk and street) seems to be a massive eye-sore. My assumption I need to take care of before listing. 

What's the most cost-effective way to repair this?
