If a SELLER has an option of paying $15k+ to sell their upside down house or run the risk of covering 2, 3 or ever 6 payments until the house is re-sold or rented will galdly take the option that does NOT require them to drain their savings.I have one of the most successful mortgage payment assignment programs out there.

This means the water is to be blown out of the pipes, the meter disconnected, the water heater drained and anti freeze poured in pipes with p-trap or toilets.

Was called over to double check for the customer, found floor drain clogged, a few minutes with snake and good to go...customer was ready to pay $5k, I said no charge and relayed the system may have been fine without the recharge either.
