Problem here is, apart from the zoning restrictions of STR, purchasing a property is extremely expensive.

It appears they executed a purchase of ATMs and their funding fell through and between that acquisition and TR-31, they have a liquidity crunch.

I need to look more into the tiers to determine some good areas.

We may have three or four different purchases (to keep the personal items separate from the individual business expenses.)
