The BRRRR strategy is something I will continue to dig deeper into learning so that when I do need access to additional capital I can explore that route and refinance to pull cash back out to continue investing and scaling up my investment portfolio.

Some have a deeper lower cabinets depending on clearances.This apartment was occupied by a young couple on welfare (he worked off the books) who always paid on-time etc but smoked inside for many years before we took possession.
