I understand wanting to invest in your backyard its convenient(especially on days when my flights are delay or cancelled or when I was stuck sleeping in the airport terminal next to Chick-Fila)  but with all these changes I'm even more glad I decided not to invest in my local market.

Get them to purchase a money order OR there are programs out there that partner with popular convenience stores where for a small fee they can bring a cash payment and their unique code, and that payment is sent to you as an eCheck.
