The reverse exchange is relatively complicated and expensive. 

They have so much work now (some 16 crews on the road), the owner had to hire a project mgr "guy" to run the more complicated day to day tasks that the two office people couldn't do.So, you see doing real estate can be a fun hobby to do when you aren't working. 

@Fabian Wizenfeld Hi Fabian, the State’s Judicial Council adopted emergency rules a couple of weeks ago that state that courts won’t hear unlawful detainer or foreclosure actions until 90 days after the Governor’ State if Emergency is lifted.

I recommend that your liability insurance more than cover all your assets.That asset protection program is way too complicated for me, my eyes are glazed over.

The complication is that the purchase was part of my ROTH IRA.

@Reno Frazier I am not offering legal advice on liability but from what I have seen over the years, don't make it more complicated then needed. 

Some courts require exclusive, some don't, It's a complicated issue. 

A few months later my office mate decided to move his office back home as it was too complicated to find another business to share his space.

Transferred all to Vanguard to rollover accounts, mix of traditional and Roth.Be sure you do this transfer bank to bank.....and do not take holdn funds as that may get complicated.
