I will continue to BRRRR as well as house flip any good deals I can find for the foreseeable future with the ultimate goal to syndicate to either buy or build a 100-150 unit apartment complex selling the my portfolio in the process.

Hey BP,So a friend of mine is looking at a $1.4 million 14-unit apartment complex and has convinced the owner into talks for owner financing.

Down the road I am certainly interested in possibly doing some flipping and purchasing large apartment complexes.

I did ask DWP several times as well as the building and  safety inspection department to keep the 2 separate drops as it is right now, but they refused and said we have to have one drop for the whole complex so that all the meters are in one location.  

One unit has been on the market 31 days asking $1,695/mo.There are several apartment complexes with 1 bedroom and/or efficiency units for around $900/mo.

After researching options it appears things can get seriously complex with asset protection strategies.....

We have planned to start out with buying small multi's and moving up to larger complexes, but that's where things get tricky.

I've heard good things about South Kansas City with the Bannister Federal Complex revitalization, Cerner, and some recent commercial development.
