There's alot of businesses around me with huge workforce like baker hughes 2 minutes away, the police training academy, and many more oil companies, I would love to know how to get one of these big guys to come and want a store on my land I have no issue building them whatever, I just dont know the process of doing something like that.

My daughter just purchased a 1960s split level as her husband is in construction and has contacts that can handle any issues like oil tank removal, old cast iron pipes, etc., for much less cost than someone who is not in the business.
