Real estate notebook is just as cool and less expensive bu lacks additional feature that would make the product even better such as being able to add additional fields for expenses rather than lumping them in one big expense but the pie charts are way to in the program and come in color which i love.David's software is also great and provides features very close to intellipoint pro and would recommend to buy as it might be cost affective rather than buying something more expensive.Over all they all do the same things which is to evaluate the cash on cash and roi per year.
