it's really easy... pretty much everything i use is either from HD - 99% or Amazon (shower trim, valve, bath fan, curtain rods, disposals, sink drains, fan timer, smoke detectors)tiles - MS international glacier or metro charcoalaccent tile - Madison Avenue Interlockingvanity - as modern looking as i can get it - vanitytub - aloha - $119kitchen kompact cabinets - usually buy the chadwood, but this was menards their other line (not good for rentals)hardwood - the stuff around $3, whatever color, but i like the natural lookpanasonic bath fans - always, always, always!

very good description of what you experienced. i can see how a corporate monster such as wells, will have its share of "red tape" and seemingly idiotic policies and procedures but i think a lot of that is really just the nature of the beast.i must say though, my experiences have been very smooth in my dealings with wells fargo. my mortgage consultant is great.

Additionally, the seller must provide a written notice of default that advises the purchaser of:a) the nature of the default, including the amount if the default is a failure to pay;b) the date by which the purchaser must cure the default or the option will be forfeit; andc) the name and address of the seller or the attorney for the seller.The notice of default must be served by hand, sheriff, or certified mail or equivalent.What if the purchaser does not remedy the default?
